It’s important to explore new foods that are low in calories and exciting to eat. Keeping the dietary landscape fresh and filled with novelties makes a new healthy lifestyle that much more appealing.
I often look around the house for things to incorporate into my dishes. Window sashes and spiral notebooks (obviously you would remove the spiral) are fun and insane things to incorporate into a dish and they have zero calories and no trans fats.
I highly recommend cooking with pet toys as they have no calories and soak up whatever flavors you have in the pot much like tofu. They are vegan I think. Pictured above is a pet toy that is giving me some problems. Eventually I used one of Ramone’s tennis balls as the lobster dog toy brought me to my knees.
