Visualization Tool: My Virtual Model

My Virtual Model also known as My Virtual Fitting Room is used for people to try clothes on a virtual model that kind of looks like themselves. You can create your model by hairstyle and color, skin tone, eyeshape, lips and my favorite… weight.

The outfit I find most interesting on my MVM model is the default under garments. With the simplicity of having no outfits selected I am able to change the weight of my virtual model and use this application for a weight loss gauge.

My Virtual Model starting weight 180lbs

Here you see the model at my starting weight. I added some weight to her so I now have an image of a future I wish to avoid. This was where I was headed.

The 200lb version of My Virtual Model

MVM is a great tool for creating the images of me decreasing at ten pound weight increments. Here I can see how I will look during my weight loss journey. I see the kind of incremental changes my virtual model expresses from 180 to 140lbs. I get to really see how I could get to that weight by seeing the figures in between.

This shows how the model goes from 180 to 140 at ten pound increments.

It also gave me an image to go towards as opposed to old photographs of me thinner I now have something new to look towards. I believe in the power of creative visualization and MVM is a superb tool to work with.
